At NexPlay Retro, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely so your retro gaming items arrive safely.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Working days:
Monday – Saturday
Delivery Services
We currently ship using trusted UK delivery services including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (where selected)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Estimated delivery:
- Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
- Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
We use secure packaging materials including:
- Bubble wrap
- Strong cardboard boxes
Consoles, controllers and boxed games receive extra protection during shipping.
Order Tracking
Tracked orders include tracking information where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to dispatch and deliver quickly, delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
Please allow additional time during:
- Peak shopping periods
- Bank holidays
- Severe weather disruptions
Missing / Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
